Our stay at this resort was truly memorable, especially with its idyllic setting beside a tranquil lake and lush rainforest. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions like the Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary. The staff were generally helpful, though we encountered a slight hiccup with the toilet seat that was promptly addressed. Overall, a fantastic experience with few minor drawbacks.

The resort is a peaceful oasis surrounded by beautiful grounds and vibrant wildlife. My room was clean, comfortable, and featured a lovely deck with a hammock, perfect for relaxation. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to see orangutans and sun bears. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, as the food didn’t quite meet my expectations, and there were limited breakfast options. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit for nature lovers!
